EXPERIENCE

A VISIT TO DISCOVER THE GLASS FACTORY

AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE

Our family opens the doors to guests who wish to live an exclusive experience by discovering a local tradition through a cultural journey that is much different than a conventional touristic tour. The visit will take guests to the heart of the company, from the Furnace to the Gallery to reveal the secrets of a great passion.

We take great care in selecting our coworkers who must share our passion for art and our desire of transmitting it without linguistic and cultural barriers. If our guests speak English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese, we will be able to offer them prepared, helpful and experienced staff.

VISIT TO THE FORNACE

The visit to the Furnace to admire the skill of the Masters and share their emotion while a glass work is being created is one of the most suggestive experiences.

Discovering the tales of the Glass Masters, their movements, the surprising creativity and the secrets of a craft that is lost in the mists of time and be enchanted with childish amazement.

Looking at the incandescent mass taking shape allows you to approach in a simple but in-depth way to all the secrets of art: from the organization of the work in the furnace, to the tools used by the master glassmakers, from the composition of the glass pastes, such as lattimo, chalcedony, aventurine, the most refined decoration techniques invented in Murano from filigree to murrine.

VISIT TO THE GALLERY

In the exhibition rooms some of the greatest masterpieces of glass art made by the greatest Venetian masters are on permanent display. A journey through art and design where the experience becomes immersive and highly suggestive.

Along the way you can admire the glasses and goblets worked with zanfirico cane and filigree, reproductions of the iconographic forms of the Venetian tradition and Belle Epoque and creations with a contemporary and modern design by Signoretti Design.

On display the original and coveted jewels of BF SIGNORETTI,  the famous “Rezzonico” chandeliers, real sculptures made up of hundreds of handmade pieces, designed by the designer Gabriella Toso and furnishing and illuminating houses all over the world.
