The Horse Head was made upon his preparatory drawing inspired by Michelangelo’s design as a tribute to the great genius in the 500th anniversary of his death, with his great skill in the technique of hot modeling the horse head in green color through the chemical composition and then sanded in imitation of the ancient “archeology” glass with gold decoration. The Maestro used special resins based on colored glass paste to complete the work. Everything has been studied in the tiniest detail. His signature is placed on the base of the sculpture.
